I hope you are well! This past month at Dor Haba we’ve begun delving into preparations for this year’s youth camp. It’s exciting to see how God is bringing it together. The theme this year will be “Telling God’s Story Through Music Art, and Media.”
After praying about it, we felt that this year it is time to really encourage the youth not only to use their giftings to minister to the Lord and the the body of Messiah here in the land, but to use their giftings to be a light! To tell His story!

At the camp, there’ll be songwriting, recording, preparing worship sets, created works of heart and producing short films and animations – all with the heart of communicating God’s story to the world around them in their own language – Hebrew and Arabic.
We have always encouraged them to go deeper and become more intimate with the Lord in that place of prayer and worship. But we believe that from that place of intimacy God can shoot them out powerfully as arrows into society and culture here in Israel.
Pray that the creativity of the Creator will be abundant there, and that He will give them fresh songs and fresh ideas to collaborate on.
I’m excited to see the art, music, and video that is going to come forth, God willing, from their time this summer, and I will make sure and share it with you!
The messages at the camp will be focused around learning God’s whole story, a beautiful and intricate story of love, redemption, victory, and justice.
The camp will take place this year, God willing, in Netanya, Israel. Please pray for our relationship and interaction with the management and staff there, that we will be a light to them and get to share with them.
Pray also for protection on the camp, the staff and the youth, as it is a secular venue but with a lot of religious Jewish clientele. Please pray there will be no problems in that regard, only open doors and divine appointments.

I’m happy to say the recording is moving forward. I will be going to Haifa in a few days to record an Arab worship leader who is singing on the Voice of One Calling album, as well as a couple of musicians who play Middle Eastern string and percussion instruments.
It’s exciting to see all the different worship leaders, songwriters, singers, and musicians who are involved in this project. They are from different congregations from all over Israel, and even one from Lebanon. It is a beautiful work of unity, love, and collaboration, and I am privileged to be a part of it.
We will keep you posted on the coming stages of the last studio sessions, mixing, and release. Please continue praying for Amit and Yoav, the secular Israeli technicians we’ve been working with.

Some of you may remember me asking for prayer for a young woman, who had two dreams involving my sister Esther, that convicted her of her need to turn her life around for God. We are meeting again this week to talk together, but every time we try to meet up there has been spiritual warfare. Please pray we will get to meet this week again finally.
Thank you for reading and for being a part of what God is doing here.
Your prayers and support are invaluable – a gift from God!
In His joy,
Tal
