In this form: 1 – You can register your children and teens ages 7-13, in 3rd-8th grade , for the conference. **You need to fill out a separate form for each child** 2 – Adults, parents and teenagers are welcome to request to be accepted as volunteers at the conference! 3 – Music, choir, art, drama and video production teachers can volunteer to teach and lead teams.

Worship teams are made up of children

In the mornings, we will split all the children into worship teams. Experienced instructors and musicians will teach them how to flow from song to song, how to arrange a song in a certain style, how to sing spontaneously, and how to combine prayer and reading from the word of God in a time of worship. They will help the team play one or two songs and prepare worship and prayer for the kids’ worship meeting. 3rd and 4th graders will learn a worship in Hebrew and Arabic and they’ll sing it in the meeting on Saturday night.

All musical instruments brought to the conference are registered with a name and telephone number. When not in use it will be locked inside a room. Using musical instruments is allowed only under the supervision of the instructors and only during rehearsals in the worship teams.

It's time to get creative!

The children will prepare creative projects around the theme of the conference. Those who choose art will display their work on Friday night, those who chose drama will present a show at the evening gathering on Friday night, those who chose dance will appear dancing in a music video we are shooting for a Messianic song.

Payment and transportation

The cost of the conference is 200 NIS per child, 100 NIS per child with one or more siblings also coming to the conference. We do not ask for payment from volunteers and teachers, but accompanying parents who help here and there will have to pay 100 NIS. If you are unable to pay the requested amount, you can request full or partial financial assistance on the registration form. You can pay from now until a week before the date of the conference by credit card via PayPal or by transfer from the mobile phone on BIT. Otherwise, you can pay in cash or check upon arrival at the conference. The cost of transportation is not included in the registration fee. You can pay in cash when you get on the bus.

The conference will be held in a guesthouse and hostel near Netanya. You can arrive by private car, by public transport .or with the Dor Haba shuttle for an additional fee
Two weeks before the date of the conference, you will receive by email the exact address of the guest house.

COVID-19 requirements

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, participants in summer camps and conferences must present a green passport, a certificate of recovery from the corona virus or a negative corona test received 72 hours or less before the date of the conference. There may be changes in this regard, but in the meantime these are the guidelines. If your HMO says that a test can not be performed for this purpose or that it is not necessary, write to us at info@dorhaba.com. There is probably no need for testing.
